After that, bandages are applied to the puncture area and a compression garment is put on the limb.
The larger the amount of fat that has been removed, the longer the rehabilitation process will be. With a small volume of intervention, you can go home on the second day after liposuction. Pain syndrome and tissue swelling are not pronounced strongly, you can eliminate the discomfort by taking standard painkillers. During the first week, the dressings are applied daily to the puncture sites. Bruises and swellings disappear by 2-3 weeks, desensitization is possible up to 2-3 months. It is necessary to wear compression underwear continuously for one month.
In the first 3 weeks you need to refrain from heavy physical activity, sports and fitness, visiting the sauna, solarium, swimming pool. The effect can be evaluated after a month, the final results are visible by 4-6 months.
